TERMS OF SALE
A 15% buyers’ premium as well as 6% Maryland state sales tax will be added to the hammer price of all lots. Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, personal and business checks accepted as forms of payment. All checks under $1500.00 must be accompanied with proper identification. All checks exceeding $1500.00 must also be accompanied with a current bank letter of acknowledgement. Payment in full is required the day of sale. All items are sold as is. It is the buyers’ responsibility to preview and thoroughly inspect the condition and authenticity of all purchased lots. All items must be removed within three days from date of auction or items will be deemed abandoned and therefore property of Woodward’s.
